Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a cleaning, fill out a form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, home details and any notes you share about the job.

Messages and photos. When you call or text one of our phone lines, we keep a record of the conversation, including any photos you send. Our cleaning professionals may also send us photos of the work they complete in your home.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment and booking providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Website usage. Our site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as pages viewed and the type of device used.

• To schedule, provide and follow up on your cleaning service.
• To answer your questions and send booking confirmations and reminders.
• To check the quality of our work and train our team.
• To improve our website and services.
• To show examples of our work. Photos we share publicly never include your name, address, face, house number, mail or anything else that identifies you or your home.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The cleaning professionals assigned to your job, so they can do the work.
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking, payment, phone and text messaging, email, file storage and analytics providers.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Our internal tools connect only to Alliance Maid Services' own Google accounts, for example to store job photos in our own Google Drive and to manage our own Google Business Profiles. We do not ask for or access customers' Google accounts. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

If you text us or give us your number for a booking, we may text you about that booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time, by text, phone or email, and we will.

We keep booking records, messages and job photos for as long as we need them to serve you, resolve questions or claims about our work, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using your photos, by emailing Alliancemaidservices@gmail.com. You can limit website analytics through your browser settings.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
