Professional Maid Service in Carnegie Hill, NY

Maid Service in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan

Carnegie Hill residents have high standards and demanding schedules. Between work, evening plans near Central Park Reservoir, and everything else that fills a day in Manhattan, keeping your apartment consistently clean rarely makes the priority list until you really need it. Alliance Maid Services is here to take that off your plate entirely.

We specialize in apartment and condo cleaning in Carnegie Hill and surrounding Manhattan neighborhoods. Serving zip codes 10128, our cleaners are experienced with the specific demands of urban residences: heavily used entryways, galley kitchens, tiled bathrooms that need real scrubbing, and hardwood floors that show every scuff.

Cleaning Plans That Fit Your Schedule

We offer Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly cleaning plans, as well as single visit cleans for any occasion. Most Carnegie Hill clients on a recurring plan choose biweekly. It keeps the apartment consistently maintained without the cost of weekly service, and you save 10% on every visit.

• Weekly: 15% recurring discount. The best choice for busy apartments or pet owners.
• Biweekly: 10% recurring discount. Most popular in Carnegie Hill. Keeps the apartment in shape without weekly visits.
• Monthly: 5% recurring discount. A reliable reset for quieter residences.
• Single Visit: No commitment. Book when you need it.

Carnegie Hill moves on the board's schedule, not yours

Six out of ten visits we make in the 10128 ZIP are one time jobs, and most of those are tied to a change: a closing, a lease ending, a renovation finishing, a new owner getting the keys. Carnegie Hill makes those days harder than they need to be. Almost every building between Fifth and Lexington wants insured vendors, a reserved service elevator and a set window for the move, and co op approvals here are famously slow. The date you planned three weeks ago tends to slide.

So we work the way the move actually works. We send our certificate of insurance to management as soon as you book, we ask the super which elevator and which hours we have, and when the board pushes your closing by a week, we move your cleaning with it at no charge. The ideal order is movers out, then us, then the walkthrough, and we will time the visit to land in that gap.

What a Carnegie Hill move in or move out cleaning covers

An empty prewar apartment shows everything: outlines on the parquet where rugs sat for a decade, dust along the picture rails, radiator covers with a winter of grime inside, closets lined with old shelf paper, and a kitchen that was renovated in a different century. We clean inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven and fridge, the window sills and tracks, the baseboards and door frames, and we wash the bathroom tile down to the grout lines. If you are moving out of a rental, New York law gives your landlord fourteen days to return the deposit with an itemized list of anything kept, and a documented professional clean is the simplest way to keep cleaning off that list.

Townhouses on the side streets

The blocks between Madison and Lexington in the low 90s still have townhouses, some of them single family homes, and those are a different job: four or five floors, a garden level kitchen, stairs on every level. We quote those by floor and room count, not as a two bedroom, and we send enough people to finish in one day. Once you are settled, many Carnegie Hill households keep us on a monthly plan. If you are north of 96th, our Upper Carnegie Hill page is the closer match, and for the wider neighborhood see Upper East Side cleaning.
